In order to ensure that your system is in full working order and fit for purpose, We would encourage all customers to sign up to our Annual Maintenance Service Level Agreement. Through signing up to one of the three packages on offer this would provide you with peace of mind that you have access to a dedicated security specialist to assist with your every need. Standard
Maintenance

Provides routine maintenance and access to our call out services, 24 hours a day. Call-out, labour and materials charges will apply.

Standard Plus
Maintenance

Provides the benefits of Standard but also covers all materials (excluding consumables).

Comprehensive
Maintenance

Provides full servicing including call-out charges, labour, supply and fitting of replacement parts for faults and general wear and tear (excluding consumables) and firmware upgrades on GSS system.
